I didn't expect the casino to be small. I thought it would be similar to Australia's, but it was good for a quick visit. They have slot machines, roulette, and card games. Make sure you bring your ID or passport for registration.
The casino differs not from other similar venues in Poland. Similar tables and machines. Its located in the heart of Gdańsk. It would be 5 starts if it wasn't for one thing being solely a responsibility of the management: it allows clients to smoke tabaco products and if you are a non smoker you will find the atmosphere unbearable.Review changed to 4 star upon installation of smoking cabins. I paid a visit later and it has greatly improved.I visited the casino again in December 2022. Indeed there is no more smoke there.The venue seems to be understaffed and it takes a while for the busy roulette table fix chips and to pay out. It’s not a bad point from my perspective, I don’t like too quick game, but some people get frustrated.
After corona its not nice anymore to gamble inside .The staff is great .But the rulez make it inposible to have a nice night out . U need to leave ur drink at the bar .Only 1 person allowed to smoke inside.Only 1 person allowed at machine .Just a wierd experience in general.But never the less . 5 stars for the team and staff of cristal casino . :-)
You have to wait for service at the bar, however its really cheap (but simpel) drinks! Big plus for friendly staff.
