Great place to grab a drink! We got an espresso martini at the bar here and it was so good. Big bar with a casino nearby. They had a live show going on that you could watch. Plenty of tables and seating in the lobby area.
My wife and i play slots all around the United States and we came to Foxwoods in Isla Verde. Staff is friendly and professional. Very clean and fun atmosphere. Newer modern slots that actually pay out correctly with Bonuses award nicely. We ended up coming back every evening we were in San Juan. Visited 4 other casino locations and this one by far was our favorite! Thank you for making our trip that much more fun!
First time at the hotel’s casino. Great band but horrible waitstaff service in the Casino. The server’s name started with Ys. She hovered waiting for a tip on the first round and ghosted us on the second round. She obviously was more focused on the tip than the service because when we went to the bar to ‘find her’ we were told the orders were cancelled and we’d have to pay for a drink. She came to the bar and despite seeing the snapshot of the order, said to us if the drinks aren’t there, we didn’t order. We were dumbfounded by the blatant disregard and decided our money (and her tip that we had in our hands) was best spent elsewhere.
We needed last minute plans for New Years Eve. I mean the actual day of i was looking, and they came through!!! The manager was so helpful and assisted us in reserving 1 of the 5 tables they have available in the casino. I wish I could remember his name because he really deserves to be acknowledged. EDIT: His name is Mr Urayoan Adorno. He has a very hands on work ethic and I think this is the key as to why our night was so perfect. So kudos to him! They had a live band which was lovely. The table had a drink consumption minimum of $100. They provided us with party favors and a glass of champagne to toast at midnight! It was a great way to ring in the new year! All the staff were phenomenal. Including the attentive bartenders. They had a a lot of work to do, but still managed it all with finesse and kindness. I can't say enough about how great the experience was! I highly recommend this place 👌
I have to give 5 * (even this is small compare to others and not open 24/7) because I just went in and won 1 hand Roulette (RED) $200 then i left and used the money to pay for 1 week parking there. :)
