The operator told me that "she's hot" and asked me ironically "how can we do it?", with no real intention of solving the discomfort.The security guard intervened for no reason, spoke in a loud and aggressive tone, and told me that "if I don't like it, I can go to another room". Basically, if you have a different opinion, you are treated like a nuisance, not a customer.No one asked me if I wanted something to drink - I had to buy myself two coffees and a mineral water, while the staff laughed at me among themselves.Hostile atmosphere, total lack of respect for the customer, and an attitude as if you're being done a favor by coming in. I don't recommend it under any circumstances.
