Million Guide and Review

Million Casino, located in Ploiești, Romania, is a casino primarily focused on gaming machines. While designed as a place for entertainment and potential winnings, recent user feedback suggests a mixed, largely challenging experience for visitors.
Detailed User Feedback Analysis 👎
Based on recent reviews, several significant concerns overshadow the potential for a positive gaming experience at Million Casino. The vast majority of feedback points towards issues that impact fair play and overall customer satisfaction.
Major Points of Concern:
- Machine Reservation Abuse: This is by far the most recurring and severe complaint. Multiple users, including long-term patrons, report that two specific individuals consistently "reserve" or monopolize 7-8 machines each for extended periods, with some reviews mentioning this practice occurring for 2-3 months. This conduct is deemed unfair and prevents other customers from accessing the machines, despite their willingness to invest in play.
- Poor Payouts: One direct review bluntly states, "Cancer of devices.. they pay nothing." This indicates a common gambler's frustration with the perceived tightness of the machines, suggesting low or non-existent payouts that deter players.
- Questionable Customer Service and Staff Behavior: A detailed review highlights concerns about employee conduct. It's suggested that staff exhibit "last tricks" or undesirable attitudes, potentially attempting to influence players towards specific stakes. The reviewer implies that the focus is not on a positive customer experience, but rather on other motives, leading to stress and a lack of enjoyment for the patrons.
Conclusion: Is Million Casino Worth the Visit? 🤔
Million Casino in Ploiești appears to be grappling with significant operational and customer experience issues. While one very brief review offered a positive emoji, the overwhelming sentiment from more detailed feedback is negative.
The most pressing concern is the alleged monopolization of gaming machines by a few individuals, which directly impacts fair access for all players. Coupled with complaints about poor payouts and potentially problematic staff behavior, the casino seems to fall short of providing an enjoyable and equitable gaming environment.
Prospective visitors should be aware of these reported challenges. Until these systemic issues, particularly regarding machine availability and customer service, are addressed, Million Casino may present a frustrating experience rather than a rewarding one.
I've been coming ever since it opened, but for a few months there are 2 people who reserve 7-8 devices each, I come 2-3 times a week and these people keep unfairly and it's not fair for all of us because we invest colossal amounts and we only have the right to play, a fact that led me to write this review.
There are 2 people who have 7-8 machines reserved for 2-3 months... ...we all have the right to play, but this is abuse.
It's a pity that people only give reviews on how much you earn and not on the customer service experience, but please, the employees here have the last tricks (which are totally contradictory with how much goes into their account (1500 lei net + vouchers) and they want you to play on a specific stake, as if the machines have their own stakes only for decoration, if you want to experience stress and not produce anything, I invite you to invest all your money here
