ADMIRAL Sportsbar

Located in Šentilj v Slovenskih goricah, Slovenia, the ADMIRAL Sportsbar operates primarily as a casino, despite its name suggesting a different ambiance. User reviews paint a mixed picture, highlighting both positive aspects and notable concerns regarding customer service and strict entry policies. This establishment seems to attract a clientele primarily interested in gaming, which influences its operational rules and overall atmosphere.

The Upsides for Patrons ✨

For those looking to enjoy a beverage while visiting, the consensus points to a positive experience with the drinks. One reviewer specifically complimented the "good coffee at the counter," suggesting that the venue provides quality refreshments. Other brief 5-star reviews, such as "Das said yes" and "Cook," though not providing specific details, imply a generally satisfactory visit for some patrons, possibly in relation to the gaming facilities or overall comfort.

Important Considerations and Criticisms 🚫

The most detailed and critical feedback revolves around the establishment's strict age policy and the manner of its enforcement. A recent review describes a highly distressing incident where an employee allegedly refused a 7-year-old child urgent access to a toilet, despite the child having diarrhea. The reviewer reported that the employee responded dismissively, instructing the parent to "read and learn German" regarding the "under 18 not allowed" rule. This highlights a significant lack of compassion and professionalism, indicating that the venue strictly adheres to casino regulations prohibiting minors on the premises, even for basic needs. This experience is a crucial point for anyone considering visiting with children or expecting a more flexible "sportsbar" environment.

Additionally, some reviews simply state "Bad place," without further elaboration, suggesting that not all experiences are positive. The disparity between highly positive but vague comments and a very specific, negative account underscores that individual experiences at ADMIRAL Sportsbar can vary significantly, heavily depending on staff interactions and an understanding of its primary function as a casino.

Overall Verdict

The ADMIRAL Sportsbar seems to be a destination for adults seeking a casino experience. While it offers agreeable amenities like good coffee, potential visitors must be acutely aware of its strict adherence to casino regulations, especially concerning minors. Patrons should anticipate an environment governed by these rules and be prepared for potential rigidity in their application. For those solely interested in the gaming aspect and without children, it might offer a standard casino visit. However, for families or those expecting a casual, child-friendly sportsbar, caution is strongly advised due to reported inflexible policies and customer service issues.

Disgraceful behavior from the employees. My 7 year old son urgently had to go to the toilet. I asked the lady to let me in because he had diarrhea and would otherwise act up. She came out and said if I can't read, if he's under 18 he's not allowed in, I should read and learn German. This behavior, even though she is a foreigner herself, is sad. Of course I'll pass it on.
