ADMIRAL Sportsbar

The ADMIRAL Sportsbar in Bled, primarily recognized as a casino, offers a range of experiences according to recent visitor feedback. While some reviews are brief, more detailed accounts highlight significant inconsistencies, particularly regarding service and the availability of amenities.

What Visitors Are Saying:

Customer experiences at ADMIRAL Sportsbar appear to vary widely, encompassing both positive and negative points:

  1. Inconsistent Service & Staff Specific Issues 😠

There's a notable divide in opinions concerning service quality, especially revolving around a specific worker named Erwin. One highly critical review alleged a lack of food and live game options after 10 PM during Erwin's shifts, claiming these issues were unique to him among Admiral locations. Conversely, another recent review from a different user praised Erwin for "perfect service," even mentioning "Admiral Südring" which suggests a specific branch or area. This contradiction points to either highly variable service quality or differing expectations and experiences among visitors.

  2. Allegations of Discriminatory Treatment ⚖️

A serious concern raised by one reviewer detailed alleged discriminatory behavior by staff. It was claimed that waiters in the outdoor seating area primarily approached patrons of "Yugoslavian descent" for service, while other guests, despite actively trying to get attention, were reportedly ignored. This raises potential issues regarding fair and equitable customer service for all visitors.

  3. Limited Sportsbar Offerings 📺

Beyond the primary casino operations, one reviewer expressed dissatisfaction with a perceived scarcity of food options and the availability of specific live sports games, particularly after 10 PM. This suggests that the "Sportsbar" aspect of the venue might not consistently meet expectations, especially during later hours.

  4. Generic & Brief Feedback 🤔

Older reviews were notably brief and lacked specific details, with comments such as "Ok" or "lp m ly." These brief remarks offer little insight into the reasons behind the ratings or specific positive aspects of the experience.

Overall Impression:

Based on the available feedback, the ADMIRAL Sportsbar in Bled presents a mixed picture. While functioning as a casino, it seems to face challenges in consistently delivering a positive customer experience, particularly concerning service quality, perceived discriminatory practices, and the full scope of its "Sportsbar" offerings during late hours. Prospective visitors might benefit from setting expectations for potential variability in service and available amenities.

There is a worker named Erwin because there is never anything to eat or all the live games from 10 p.m. he doesn't have it. Strangely enough, every admiral only has him.

I find it quite outrageous that only people of Yugoslavian descent are asked by the waiter in the restaurant if they would like something. We were left behind even though we had made our presence known. This is no way to treat customers!!
