It was made clear that:- 1) Although the premises are covered by cameras, they offer no help when you get robbed whileplaying on one of their machines. 2) Having reasonable assistance in charging cellphones, is not a service they provide. 3) assisting their clients to arrange transport, when your own cellphone can't be charged, is not offered or catered for.

I've been going to Gold Rush Mall @Reds for many years....just want to say the staff are amazing, helpful and extremely friendly... can't say I always win but tonight I won a much needed fridge and I'm truly grateful.... thank you guys đŸĨ°đŸŽ‰â¤ī¸

My experience has been anything but good.We visited this site in July24 to spend a night out like my wife and I always do to have some drinks and enjoy the noise of the machines.Nearing the end of the night I had some winnings that I felt very uncomfortable paying out as there seem to be alot of people liotering around and watching what's going on. To say the least we decided to leave without paying out and leave the winnings on the card.Returning two or so weeks later only to find the all funds on my and my wife cards had disappeared... our balances very Zero and card not valid.It's has now been a week without any commitment of reimbursement, neither an explanation of where the funds have gone. According to management the case needs to be investigated. Who knows how long that process can take.This has left a very sour taste of this facility in my mouth.
