I took my mum on Saturday 30-03-24 to goldrush Malvern.I was absolutely disappointed that complimentary coffees were given to only certain patrons and not to everyone especially not to all the senior citizens.That male staff that picked and chose ....next time rather give all or none.
Staff between 12 and 1am 29 Feb 2024 were extremely disrespectful. They made me feel horrible because I wanted to cash out and had no card. I told them it's fine I'll never come back. The staff didn't try to upsll me the card and tell me about it's benefits or other games I could play. Instead they said "how u gona get ur money out? U can't keep doing this" when it was My 2nd cash out. I was trya leave. I had to go fetch staff to get my money to get pressed before leaving by the staff at 1am with poor attitude
It's a good place to spend a few hundreds if you want to kill some time. The place is really clean, staff are helpful and payouts are okay. Just dislike there karaoke nights because it can be very loud and irritating if you are trying to just relax and have a good time.
So my husband and I just decided to take a mad drive and we ended up here. He had a few drinks it was an amazing atmosphere friendly people. Workers are helpful just they toilets are abit not clean but yes great place
