Terrible service made a booking online paid deposit required, had an emergency had to cancel my booking no one knew how to help me even their contact center. So just left the booking to expire would not recommend anyone to book online cause should there be a need to cancel you won't get any help that time you paid. Did not expect such treatment from a so called reputable hotel

Was very nice visiting the cute animals and seeing the reptiles. Was extremely hot but luckily there is a water park too. Would recommend it for anyone who wants to spend with family. Prices are extremely affordable. Great place. Keep up the good work guys!
Meropa Casino & Park is a good visit for gaming & if you want an open space for the whole family.The casino did howewer downgrade since we last visited them a few years back.The gardening is really poor at Meropa. Most of the grass was overgrown, with a lot of weeds growing on some of the pavements.When we visited the park, the main entrance was locked and we had to use the shop to enter the park.The swimming pool was, however, in great condition.The merchandising at the shops is not great and some of the shops are not well stocked.The longer grass can be due to the rainy weather, but still, this needs to be addressed.Futher the staff was very friendly and the buildings were in good condition.Would recommend for a visit.
