Not really sure where to send complaints regarding restaurants at time square - but honestly hope this will reach the correct individuals. During our visit we went to Milky Lane, I found a hair in my ice cream, and few minutes later my husband found one in his waffle. Staff was not seen on the upper floor, and when you do see them it feels like they run away before you can ask anything.Wanted to book at Hotel, after waiting what felt like a decade for assistance we were told that it's full, fine and fair but why the long queue if there are multiple staff to assist? But only one helping?Just felt like there was zero hospitality and no effort. Honestly wish they never closed Carousel.
Did have a problem with one security with no manners or respect.Security is there for a reason, but not to abuse their authority. Thinking they can treat ppl how they feel. If they rude to their own fellow colleague that notice they out of line as well. It's a family place, so certain security at certain areas should know how to conduct themselves around children. We not animals that can be chased around or yelled at. Sometimes extra training is required to those staff who do think they can abuse their power.Casino, nice place if you like gambling for fun.As to eating places.Nice place to have eat outs. But some places not sure about one would think you if you are in the food industry be the best in it to always have a flow of customers. Make sure your kitchens are clean as you are working with food, don't serve stale food or side dishes. The place is kept clean and hygienic as you serving food. Staff has knowledge about cleanliness and keeps the place clean. Food served hot, not waiting hours also if you not busy. Charging high prices when the quality and quantity don't match.
