From start to finish, everything was well taken care of, and I’d highly recommend Graceland Secunda for a relaxing and well-managed getaway.
Went for the couples massage. The staff were lovely and friendly, and the massages were magnificent as usual. The only negative is that the location itself needs some maintenance and freshening up. For example , we were in an outside treatment room, and there were plastic roses presticked to the wall, which is really tacky, and underneath the counter had been used as a storage area. The salon should also let groundskeeping know their schedule so that the lawnmowers aren't used right outside the room while there are treatments happening. The bathrooms also need repainting and regrouping.
The hotel needs a serious upgrade on the outside. Some paint would be great. It's really a one of a kind place and beautiful, but the building really needs a repaint
We did not stay in the hotel, but we played golf on the links and was very disappointed. The course was not in a good condition. Even the carts are not maintained. The staff were friendly though, but that's it. One could think it's this time of the year when everybody is on leave ect, but it's been a while since te course was well groomed. It's a pitty. The grass is even growing in the bunkers. Very sad to see...
