Although I am a high-rolling customer, I have noticed that more attention is paid to other customers who are barely betting and sitting down, and any request or help I need is met with obstacles, even water is not offered. This lack of attention has made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable when it comes to betting my money. I will definitely not return while on duty or the level of attention that once made this casino a pleasant place is restored.
