I've always enjoyed going there; they treated me very well and it felt welcoming. I haven't felt comfortable since a new employee arrived, who's quite unpleasant. She's a dark-haired Latina with a ponytail and glasses. I haven't been back since she's been here. Her treatment is very different from that of the rest of the employees.

They are very blunt when serving and even if you spend a lot of time, they talk to you as if they wanted you to leave now, they could look at the workers' manners
I leave this review because I am a fairly regular customer, I spend a good amount of money and I don't know why only a Latin guy who is super nice and friendly, I think his name is Umberto, says hello to me and you can talk to him but then the man with glasses tells him good days and he doesn't answer you, the truth is I also work in front of the public and I think it's a shame since then another client arrives and if he greets him I don't know if it's because he's young or I don't know but hey, education comes before age I think and this has been happening to me I've been going to this place for years now and I think it's a shame that's why I'm posting this review.
As a regular customer, I am obliged to say that there are places where it is a miracle that they are open. My words addressed to the owner, you should take a walk through the facilities where we clients live, it is one thing to go to a leisure place and have a quiet time and another to see that it increasingly resembles a roadside bar.WHERE do you look for the staff? I am clearly referring to two new girls that I have been seeing since last week, their behavior fits better under a neon and sitting on a stool waiting for clients. I don't think it will come back, those details make a business lose customers and the owners don't see it.
