Located in the vibrant city of Madrid, El Dorado Casino offers a gaming experience that garners a variety of opinions from its patrons. Reviews suggest a mixed bag, with strong praise for the staff often contrasted with concerns regarding the general ambiance and operational aspects.
A recurring theme in positive feedback is the commendable attitude and professionalism of the casino staff. Several users specifically highlight the friendly and pleasant treatment received, making visits enjoyable. One review particularly commends an employee named "Cinder" for her very pleasant and professional handling of a difficult situation, despite external pressures.
Some visitors have reported an enjoyable time playing at the casino, finding it to be a nice place for their gaming activities.
The casino's ambiance receives significant criticism. One recent reviewer described the setting as "tacky," "cold," and "dark," likening it to a "shabby sauna" with machines. This user strongly advised against visiting, expressing a general aversion to such establishments.
A notable concern was raised about the functionality of gaming machines. One patron experienced a defective touchscreen roulette, where input registered incorrectly. This indicates potential issues with equipment maintenance.
The handling of machine malfunctions by management has been a point of contention. In one instance, a user reported that a supervisor irresponsibly denied a machine fault and placed blame on the employee, despite video evidence. This suggests a lack of a clear protocol for resolving customer issues and a potentially problematic treatment of staff by superiors.
Beyond the aesthetic, one review mentioned the interior of the casino was uncomfortably hot, affecting the overall comfort of the visit.
While details are sparse, an older review concisely described the experience as "Perrow" (a Spanish informal term often implying something very bad or canine-like), indicating a strongly negative sentiment from that visitor.
El Dorado Casino in Madrid appears to be a venue where the human element shines, with many patrons praising the dedicated staff for their excellent service. However, these positive interactions are frequently overshadowed by concerns regarding the physical environment—described as dated or unwelcoming—and significant issues with machine reliability and management’s accountability. Prospective visitors should be aware of these contrasting aspects when considering a visit.
I never go to these places, I think they are harmful...but out of curiosity...It reminded me of a tacky sauna with a bar to have a drink while, tacky, tacky, you play, machines. Cold atmosphere, few people and dark, I will not return nor do I recommend these types of business, a 😰 horror, they should close these places
Living room like any other, personally I think it was very hot.I had an incident with the roulette, the screen did not work, the touch is defective since marking in one place on the screen pointed to another place.Cinder, very pleasant as well as professional, checked the status of the machine and reported it to a technician, attaching a video of the incident. He irresponsibly (since he is literally playing with the public's money) denied the ruling and placed the responsibility on the employee. The employee was talking on the phone, I don't know if with her manager or the technician who, leaving her broken in a situation as difficult and stressful as this, left her to her fate.I find the treatment he received from the superiors of the gaming room horrible, as well as great irresponsibility on the part of the establishment for not having a protocol to solve the problems caused by its machines.Of course Cinder with the client resolved it in the best way that could be done.Salon owners, let them see how you talk to and treat your staff...
Just like many other betting houses, with the only difference of the exceptional treatment that their workers give you. That's why I go especially to this one.The friendly treatment received by the staff is pleasing.
