I am going to comment on my experience today in this room through this medium, since due to lack of time, I have not been able to file a formal written complaint (COMPLAINTS FORM).INVOLVEMENT OF THE 3 WORKERS who provided services at this establishment.**FIRST WORKER: I tried to access this establishment, not knowing the access system, and a warning (alarm) went off. This worker, judging by her expression, is annoyed. She tells me we have to wait; she doesn't bother to explain the access system to me. I hand over my ID and ask for information about whether there is a BINGO session; she flatly replies that there isn't, much less explains the different ALTERNATIVE games this establishment offers.After settling in at an Electronic Bingo booth, I head to the Admissions desk, which is currently occupied by this employee.I ask if there is a Catering Service, and her response is, "WHY?" I say I'd like a 1/3 of a beer. Her answer is 2.50 euros. She brings it to me right away. She quickly takes it to my gaming booth. She brings me the bottle of beer without a glass or cup, much less a ticket. The order is paid immediately. (Cold beer, just like the employee.)After 45 minutes, I decide to stop playing, leaving a balance in the BEM terminal of 7.50 euros.*Involvement of the 2nd WORKER: I requested payment from the terminal in the admissions area. Well, here's my opinion of this room...Don't worry!!! It's not bad!!! Hahaha, excellent service. I feel like I'm with my group of friends every time I go. In the end, I really trust several of the employees. But it's a place to be comfortable. Don't get me wrong, it's a game room, but it's not just that. There are performances, you can play pool, dartboards, ping pong, and they're just missing a bowling alley!
