Casino Marbella, nestled in the vibrant city of Marbella, Spain, presents itself as a destination for those seeking entertainment and a bit of a gamble. Drawing from recent visitor experiences, the casino offers a blend of positive attributes alongside specific points that potential visitors should consider.
One of the immediate points of note for prospective patrons is the casino's entry policy. It is consistently highlighted that a passport is mandatory for entry. This requirement has, at times, been a barrier for visitors, particularly for those who may not have it readily available or are visiting during holiday periods like Christmas and New Year when alternative local activities might be limited.
Once inside, or even from the exterior, Casino Marbella leaves a strong impression on many. Reviews often praise its ambiance, describing it as "super nice," "clean," and "very modern looking." The venue is noted for being quite "large" with "alot to see," contributing to a sense of spaciousness and contemporary design. Visitors have also appreciated the "beautiful views" from the location and the convenience of a "lovely restaurant on site."
The gaming floor offers a mixed bag of experiences. While the general atmosphere is often commended, specific aspects of the gaming can be contentious. Blackjack players, in particular, have expressed strong opinions regarding the use of an auto-shuffle machine. Some seasoned players view this as a significant disadvantage, perceiving it as impacting the fairness of the game and diminishing winning chances compared to human-shuffled decks. Beyond the mechanics, the interaction with fellow players can vary; one review noted that while the overall atmosphere is pleasant, some other players can be "very rude," though this seems to be an isolated incident rather than a widespread issue. Overall, some describe it as a "middle-class casino," suggesting it might lack the high-stakes, opulent feel of larger international establishments, yet still offers a solid experience.
A consistent positive theme across reviews is the quality of the staff. Employees are frequently described as "super nice workers" and generally "so nice." Dealers are also noted as being "mostly fine." This positive interaction with the casino personnel greatly enhances the visitor experience, even amidst other minor drawbacks. However, one common point of criticism revolves around the pricing and quality of drinks; visitors have noted being charged for "simple awful drinks," suggesting that complimentary beverages are not the norm, regardless of betting levels.
Casino Marbella appears to be a respectable establishment, offering a modern and clean environment with generally friendly staff. Its spaciousness and on-site restaurant add to its appeal, especially with the scenic views. However, potential visitors should be prepared for the strict passport entry requirement and be mindful of the auto-shuffle system at blackjack tables. While some might find it a "middle-class" casino without extraordinary features, it certainly provides a welcoming and engaging experience for many looking to enjoy a night out in Marbella.
Didn't get past the front doors. They require your passport to enter the premises. Shame as not much else to do in the area around Xmas and New Year.
Super nice workers and quite nice atmosphere, it was nice and clean and very modern looking. But be aware that some of the other players are very rude, i hit a 12 againts a 10 and got a 9 so i got a perfect 21 and the lady next to me also had 12 but when she hit she got a 10 and busted she then got visably angry and ”blamed” me for ”taking” her card. I get that she most likely lost a metric ton of money but still, atleast the workers were very nice!
To be honest I was excited to check this casino out based on the reviews. But any black jack player knows when you see the auto shuffle box of death there is no chance you can win. The auto shuffle should be illegal in all casinos. If you want to go to a fair casino that has black jack, do not go here. Cards should be shuffled by humans to keep the odds fair. You’re welcome - Black Jack Players ❤️
This place is amazing.. so large. So clean. Alot to see. Even the outside is amazing.. a must if you are in marbella. Beautiful views.. staff are so nice. A lovely restaurant on site aswell. 100 out of 100
It is a middle-class casino. No difference if you bet 1 million or just 1 euro; they charge you for Amy simple awful drink !!! Dealer's are mostly fine but there is nothing especial to experience.
