Great first time experience in the casino, was on holiday and fancied a poker cash game, went in, signed up which was super easy, the casino isn't huge, a couple of poker tables downstairs, cash tables upstairs, slots downstairs and roulette ect upstairs, bit of a language barrier when trying to get cash out ect but to be expected. Everyone was friendly, cashed out for £655 profit in 2.5 hours! So did great
Walked in to check it out , waited 5 minutes then asked the security to go in but told us to wait. The issue was he was helping the customer in front of us to get a hotel and I said this is a casino not a hotel. I got better things to do then to stand 10 minutes to enter so we left. .

On a walk we thought we'd stop in and spend some money. At the desk we were told (through pointing) you had to provide a passport which we didn't have on us. Maybe that's normal here, but I found it weird. Also the desk couldn't be less friendly about it. Opposite of casinos that I'm used to that actually want your money. After reading the reviews I'm glad we didn't waste our time and money there.
for such a big city as Alicante this casino is really worthless bad! Alicante should be ashamed with so many tourists per year and such a bad little casino, always too hot inside, bad service, little to do and the food in the restaurant is also bad!
