ORENES GRAN CASINO MURCIA, nestled in the heart of Murcia city, offers a comprehensive entertainment experience that largely impresses its visitors. Primarily a casino, it extends its offerings to include dining, bars, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes for a memorable night out.
While the casino is lauded for its overall entertainment, the dining experience, particularly for lunch, receives mixed feedback. One review describes the restaurant as having a "Nice interior" and the food being "ok." However, the service was "very disappointing," and the patron "didn't feel welcome." This review specifically contrasts the current experience with a previous visit when the restaurant reportedly held a Michelin star, suggesting a perceived decline in service quality since then.
Despite the isolated concern regarding the restaurant service, the overwhelming sentiment from visitors is positive. ORENES GRAN CASINO MURCIA is frequently described as a "High quality" establishment that offers a "Great night out." It's a place where you can enjoy gaming, excellent music, good company, and feel genuinely appreciated. For those seeking a vibrant casino experience with attentive staff and appealing amenities in Murcia, this venue comes highly recommended.
A very nice casino.. friendly staff, free snacks and drinks whilst you play and an amazing restaurant.. outside roof terraces with bars .always enjoy it here and machines actually seem to pay .
Great atmosphere. Friendly staff...loved the bar area ..playing excellent music ..enjoyed the slots while my husband played roulette..Great night out!
We had lunch. Nice interior, food was “ok” but service was very disappointing. We didn’t feel welcome and compared to last year (when they still had a Michelin star) we wouldn’t recommend anymore.
High quality. Perfect staff. You feel welcome and appreciated. Even i entered in "normal" (tourist that have been sightseeing) clothes and looked like a "lost tourist".Recommended
Great location no problem signing in either a passport or driving licence is required. Lovely interiors and the bar downstairs was packed not surprisingly as it was a Saturday night and a national holiday October twelvth when we were there.
