The truth is that I am a regular customer of the dorado on Paseo Independencia where I have always been super comfortable, the staff is very helpful and attentive to customers, but on February 5, in the afternoon, I went to this salon in Reina Fabiola and I can say that I felt cheated and robbed by one of the employees, a very bad experience...when they announced a prize in the roulette where I was playing, he came running and took away the dorado card that I had placed in my module, saying that it is not in my name , I explained to him that it is my card because I came with it from the other salon on Paseo Independencia. I touched the prize to a boy who was next to me and who I later realized was an acquaintance of the said employee, (in fact he gave him money in front of me). The employee is a thin guy of about 40 years or so. He didn't bring the card back until I asked him after almost 15 minutes...that's not normal, he took my card without asking my permission and also lying to me that it wasn't in my name, when I play every day in the other room and I never had these problems with any employee there.
Excellent service and customer service in El Dorado. The atmosphere is very pleasant and professional. 100% recommended!
