Excellent service at Pause&Play. The atmosphere is unique, youthful and always full of good vibes. The bar area is perfect for spending an afternoon with friends or as a couple, and the screens to watch football are the best. Since we discovered the place, we don't watch football anywhere else. In addition, the machine area is always in perfect condition, and the staff is incredibly attentive and friendly. Special mention to Claudia, a charming girl who always has a smile for all clients. Pause&Play is an excellent place to spend a pleasant time. The atmosphere is very calm, since they do not allow access to minors. All the staff are very friendly and attentive. Furthermore, it is incredible how patient they are every time they have to explain why they are requesting an identity document to access the premises. I have witnessed some tense situations, but they always handle everything with admirable calm and professionalism. Despite the inconveniences, they never lose their kindness and are always willing to clarify any questions. This close and respectful treatment says a lot about the excellent service they offer to customers.
