I hadn't been there for a long time and was a bit surprised, the customers had changed a lot and despite the fact that it was full and there were no machines available, some customers were allowed to play on two machines!!! Since many integrated young people were playing, the background noise was very unpleasant. I also had the feeling that the service staff weren't exactly happy about this situation, or at least that's how I felt.
