Despite it being their mistake, the management team didn’t even bother to apologize. I put my money into the machine, but when it didn’t display, I reported it to their team. Instead of addressing the issue, they claimed I was at fault and lying, even though the problem was clearly with their machine. This is by far the worst casino experience I’ve ever had.
