Admiral Casino on Birmingham's High Street presents itself as a local gaming hub, but user experiences paint a rather varied picture. While some aspects are praised, significant concerns repeatedly surface regarding customer service and staff professionalism.
This is where Admiral Casino faces its most consistent criticism. Multiple reviews point to significant issues:
Admiral Casino on Birmingham High Street offers a functional gaming space, with a particular nod to those who appreciate classic coin-paying machines and a lively atmosphere. However, the recurring and significant issues surrounding customer service, staff attentiveness, and professional conduct are considerable drawbacks. While the casino might attract casual gamers due to its location and unique machine offerings, those seeking a highly attentive and professional gaming experience might find it falls short compared to its competitors. Potential visitors should manage their expectations regarding staff interaction.
Spent thousands, you'll never win here, poor customer service too busy gossiping rather then social interacting with their customers. Can spend hours playing without being asked if you're OK or need any assistance
Great atmosphere and amazing to see you have kept a small amount of refurbished older machines that pays coins, I respect you for that it keeps that classic arcade feeling going. Although the staff were friendly they where a little on the 'militant' side with following rules and this didn't come across well with customers. This branch seemed extremely busy, I'm surprised why its not 24 hours opening at such a prime busy location when you have Mercur and many other casinos nearby who are rammed at night time. Overall a nice branch.
I walked in for 1st time ever, had trouble with a poker machine,,was told rudely by a young member of staff that was reluctant to help me that I must be at fault.I won't go there againIm 60 and wouldn't recommend gambling as a career move. OkayAnd I wouldn't recommend this venue for anyone's entertainment.
Me and my husband have visited on a few occasions and found the team to spend the majority of their time gossiping at the front of the venue with no regard for service, and to top it off, the security guard (caucasian male) that works there regularly spends the majority of his time sitting on the gaming chairs either gossiping with the team members or watching customers game play.
