Will probably not visit here again after being spoken to like a child by an employee who thinks she is entitled.A patron next to me sat at a machine for 20 minutes with a RESERVED sign on the machine and she was on her phone and not playing, she then hot up and left saying goodbye to the staff. I went to the machine after about 5 minutes of mo one there, and the sign still displayed. The employee with shortish dark hair and glasses jumped on me, THAT is reserved..... I said the lady left and said goodbye to everybody. She said you cannot sit there and DO NOT move that sign without asking us... but in a really nasty manner. I said, "Excuse me," but she had left... she them asked her co-worker.. can he sit there ?? And then another customer said I agree with him. If somebody leaves a machine and doesn't say I'm returning, then it should be made available again.... the other employee said to me yes, go ahead...I did not appreciate being spoken to with that manner, and I have frequented this location many times, and usually, the staff are very welcoming.. she needs training

Visited today really nice arcade staff very friendly. Get a drink on arrival tea coffee or cold drink very clean and good choice of fruit machines

I have just witnessed a member of staff telling a regular customer (Lesley) not to play certain machines because they have paid out disgusting avoid the place I have reported to head office.
