A critical concern raised by a disabled patron pertains to accessibility:
The casino's dining area has been described as "too small to dine," which might limit its capacity or comfort for those wishing to enjoy a meal on-site.
Genting Casino Bolton offers a mix of experiences. On one hand, it boasts a generally friendly atmosphere, attentive staff members like Jack, good food, and a clean environment that many enjoy and recommend. On the other hand, there are notable areas requiring attention, particularly regarding staff consistency and professionalism, the size of the dining area, and crucially, significant accessibility issues related to its entrance and smoking policy. For a comfortable and inclusive experience for all patrons, addressing these operational and structural shortcomings would greatly enhance its appeal.
Nice casino I will return back because stuff very friendly and nice food is good and the best casino for I can recommend
Jack is the best. Always looking after everyone. Best thing about him you can chase him around the building and the big boss Mrs French loves it.
Plus points......nice clean friendly place with attentive bar staff.Minus points......area too small to dine..and sulky member of entrance staff takes credit from all others who are very welcoming.Assume this criticism has been mentioned by other members....and as in my previous job in customer relations would suggest this is sorted as it leaves a blemish on total experience
Had to wait an hour for a drink. Then I had to ask for one. Im disabled and the only way in and out was through a narrow doorway with no handrail to get in or out. When i was going out there was 6...8 people smoking each side of the narrow doorway and with no handle to get hold of i almost fell but luckily someone got hold of me and all smoking and with me having asthma as well. Not good at all xxx
Mixed experiences here from front reception staff and floor servers.Upon arrival, it took 5 minutes to sign me in and whilst logging on the ladies on reception said the password out loud. They didnβt seem best pleased when I recited it back to them and suggested they replace itβ¦We spent 3 hours at the casino and either had to wait 30-40mins for a water whilst the reception staff were on their break or be asked twice in 5 mins. At one point, I watched reception in case anyone came in so the girl could make a glass or water for me.
