Attended last night with my husbands work for a charity event. The food was very nice and arrived hot. Entertainment was enjoyable. The bar service was fantastic thanks to the lovely young man Jordan who took his time to speak to the customers. He was kind polite and extremely professional. I would like to say that this young man is a credit to your casino and deserves the recognition for his fantastic customer service skills. Well done Jordan it was a pleasure to meet you. This has been our 2nd time going here, keeps getting better. We have decided to become regulars visiting one day a month to try our luck. The 1st time we went, we went the restaurant which the food was delicious and reasonably priced...Yesterday was great as I only took £50.00 this is my maximum. I spend 4hrs, playing theroulette machines and then progressed to the live tables. The staff are always warm welcoming with a smile and they are extremely helpful...Whist on the machines we are approached by a employee who gave us three tickets... one was a match play whereby we gave £10 to cash and was given £20 to play. Another was a similar match but was for next month only on the machines. Finally we were given a slot buffet voucher... so night ended with us gaining more money that we came with and a free buffet 😋... we only spend money on drinks which was £7.50 for two pints....we'll be back next month... xx

Was given a 2 course meal for 2 people for free so ordered the two starters of king prawn and crispy calamari.Both of these were full of flavour. The crispy calamari was perfect, wasn’t chewy or rubbery like you get in some places.For the mains, we both ordered the 8oz sirloin steak which came with fries and onion rings. One was ordered medium rare, the other was medium. But both came out pretty much the same. No complaints though as it’s always a fine line between these things.The steaks were nice and tender, not super chewy.Overall, food, service and atmosphere is very nice.
