Lovely place with very attentive staff and great customer service. As soon as you walk in, you are made to feel welcome. I've only visited the venue twice but I would definitely go back. Yes, I lost a bit of money the first time but the second time, I was there for 9 hours and only lost a fiver. The machines pay out very well if you are willing to stay the distance. If you go in hoping to win a fortune within 5 minutes then that's not going to happen. Venue and toilets were immaculate. A big shout out to Amy. She's just so friendly and funny. She comes out with some hilarious banter. Also, I had a few issues with machines running empty but that was sorted out within a couple of minutes and I got paid what was owed to me. Also a big thumbs up for the night manager Andy. He is just the nicest guy. I only lost a fiver that night but I was made to feel as if I'd spent a million pounds!! He was so chatty and friendly and shared some great ideas that he had for improving the venue. Also had a few issues with machines running empty and the change machine swallowed my 20 pound note. But he sorted it out and I got everything that was due to me. Would highly recommend this venue for great entertainment and exceptional customer service. The secret is not to spend any more that you can afford to lose.
Great selection of machines - asked if we wanted a drink when we went in. Very down to earth staff. They asked two people to leave who just wanted to watch the players which I was happy with. These two got angry and popped balloons and scared people so well done to the team members.
