Went here today to use the toilets, now I know they arnt public toilets but I suffer from IBS quite badly and the Burns Mall toilets were closed, first lady very nice and let me use them no problem, after a while shopping I needed to go again, so went back to be faced with 1 crabbit looking lady who told me I couldn't use them they arnt for public use, horrid woman, unpleasant atmosphere
