Most of the staff are really friendly, kind and welcoming. Coffee is a real treat.The esteemed manager Scott is superb in his role, very professional in my considerd opinion.As is his deputy, Fiona and indeed Maureen, well done team.However, always a downside. A very grumpy female member of staff was most rude.Telling me quote: "...Ye canny just come in here and expect to drink coffee, especially when yer only pitting in ten pences".This unjust rudeness was despite the inescapable fact I was actually putting in one pound coins. Indeed one pound coins actually obtained in change from the establishments very kind deputy manager I gather.At the end of the day all of us decent, indeed loyal customers obviously have choices, and therefore can easily vote with our feet.Really considering a permanent boycott of this otherwise good establishment. Been using this arcade in all it's guises for about 25 years. Staff are exemplary, good with the customers, and build a nice place to go.
