I had a very strange experience at this establishment, the female worker I believe her name was leida or kleida was very rude during an ID check but on a positive note the male worker Josh was a lot more calm and professional he handled the situation very very calmly and politely. This would have been a very bad review if it was not for him , I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.
Me and my partner spontaneously went in on our way home last night and I put some money into the roulette table they have here as he had never been to a casino of any kind. we got a can of coke as they do not serve alcohol and are sat and chatting and watching the numbers come on the screen and probably placed one or two bets in half an hour or so. there was not a single soul else on this table and the young blonde girl who works there (I didn't get her name) came over to us, whilst I still had money in the machine, and told us we need to leave. I was shocked, we were being quiet and calm and just enjoying our company whilst watching and playing the machine, we were not disruptive or stopping any other potential spending by people. Of course, I asked why and she told me that it is company policy that you will be kicked out it you do not place a bet in 15 minutes. bear in mind there are loads of people sat at the slot machines in the venue with friends that are just sat and watching and not betting. I said if this is the case, please can you show me these rules and I will leave, cause I can't see this rule anywhere. She disappeared in a huff and came out from the back offices with what must have been some kind of rule book. She couldn't show me this rule book, but was just clinging to it whilst asking me to leave again. Respectfully, with my money in the machine and not being an issue to anybody in there bar her, I said I won't be leaving unless you can show me this 15 minute rule. She then asked the poor security guard to ask us, who reluctantly came over and asked, which I responded respectfully I will not be leaving unless I am show this rule and then the blonde girl told me she was ringing the police, which I responded please do. Of course the police never turned up for me not placing enough bets in 15 minutes and we continued until we were finished, albeit without any further drinks service! I couldn't believe the poor way we were treated by mainly the blonde staff member last night who then ceased any other staff talking to us. This was discriminative treatment of us for God knows what issue she had! I will never be visiting here again and will be spreading this poor experience we had with everybody I know. Such a bizarre time, I am still gob smacked.
It use to be great as I loved their bonus number auto wheel roulette, even introduced 9 friends to Little Vegas, who also loved playing the roulette but then all changed,,, they took it out and replaced it with a different type of roulette which no one really plays. I dont play the roulette anymore and my friends no longer visit as they can't play the bonus wheel anymore. Very disappointing
Staffs are so rude over there. They don't have even little patience while doing cash match . They won't even allow us to play the game patiently while doing cash match . So we if management doesn't do anything we are gonna quit playing there.
