Had a really enjoyable experience with my partner. We had never been to a casino before we wanted some over 18's fun with no kids and this was the place to come. Staff are very friendly complimentary soft drinks and hot drinks. Very clean. Smoking area would definitely return
We visited at the weekend for my birthday. The staff were exceptional from the manager to the door staff. Everyone was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We even had a cheeky toasty at 1am and a little win on the tables too. Thank you so much!

What a disgrace?!! My husband and I arrived at 12.30am after a nice evening with friends in the city. Queued up, signed in, only then to be told by security he wasn’t going to allow our entry. We questioned why, he wouldn’t tell us, and we were told the manager would be 35-40mins. Rather than wait we booked a taxi. Whilst we waited for our cab, the manager came out and was equally as unhelpful. She said no matter what we said we wouldn’t be allowed in tonight. Still no reason given. The way we were treated was disgusting and we will NOT be returning to a Grosvenor Casino ever again. You lose.
