Been a member for 15 years. Won't be coming back. Terrible service. Quick to take your money and not helpful at all if you need something from them. People spend a lot in these places, the very least they deserve is a little bit if respect. Plenty of other casinos in London, don't waste your money in this one.
Had a great time! The staff were friendly and welcoming, which really made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The food at 7th Cat was really good, definitely a solid choice if you're looking to eat while you're there. I’m looking forward to coming back and visiting King’s Sports Bar next time. Highly recommend a visit!
This place is awful, definitely avoid it at all costs. First of all they rob you clean if you pull money out, they really suck at hiring people with some positive energy. The dealers were like happy we lost hands, it’s sucks the energy out of our experience. Whether we win or lost, we just want to have a great experience. Unfortunately this casino has stupid rules and awful people working there. Everyone is like not happy
