Don’t, whatever you do, smile at and say hello to the bouncers as you walk in, as if you’re like me, you’ll have the front door slammed in your face and be told that you’re “too drunk” to go in, even though you’re stone cold sober. Very very poor and disappointing attitude from the two guys that were on the door on the night I went. Had no such issues when we turned round and spent the night in the local Grosvenor instead.
Simply the best casino I've ever been in for hospitality and great staff who are always courteous even on a late shift until 5.00 am.The choice of foods is also great value with marvellous ingredients thanks to fantastic kitchen staff and waitresses who are always on hand to serve you a piping hot tea or coffee with biscuits.There are dozens of fantastic slots with incredible jackpots? Would be 1 Star but your general staff and especially bar team are fantastic. Really irritates me having to write this I don't often leave reviews, but myself and 2 other people I don't know where laughed at multiple times when we lost at blackjack by the pit supervisor.I asked him if "he was alright, is this funny" he just smiled and went "yeah". Disgusting behaviour. The 2 younger lads were put off and left. I left. Won't be back.
