After I checked in at the reception, I stood aside waiting for my companions. A security guard asked me to move forward. I didn't reply to him but moved two steps forward as he instructed. However, he thought I didn't respect him and slandered me as being rude, forbidding me from entering. I think this is extremely unreasonable and has seriously damaged my impression of Genting. I am a long-term member of Genting and visit almost every day. Such rude behavior has made me very disappointed and angry. At that time, three security guards blocked me and my companions at the same time, which made me very scared. I also think they have a tendency of racial discrimination. Please give me a reasonable explanation and an apology.
Poor cocktails. No mint fr the Hugo spritz, had to ask for a discount when they subbed cucumber and the discount was miniscule. Same bar made an 'old fashioned' with lime (and gave no excuses as to why, so can only assume they didn't know what they were doing). Lovely croupier at the 3 card poker who explained how to play but other than that, a poor number of tables so often no room to play (and it was a quiet night) and a general lack of atmosphere. Can't recommend.
This is my first time here and I am impressed by the friendly and helpful reception staff. The service is excellent. The waitstaff is attentive and always asks questions. The service is friendly and the highlight is the free spin slot games and the bonuses are easy to get and come often. They also pay a lot. I like it.
They wouldn't let me bet less than 10 pounds on roullete on the 1:3 12 numbers .... when I could just go online and would be able to easily bet even 1 pounds or less if I wanted to ... honestly I'm never using them again their scammers.. I could literally bet 1 pound in any casino on whatever table ... and they wouldn't let me coz they where to scared that I have a good strategy that on a long run I would win !? Worst place ever ! Overall a nice place to drink and watch sports. The staff are excellent and friendly. We’ve eaten here a lot over the last 2 years, but unfortunately it seems the World Bar kitchen chef and staff have been replaced by “ out of the box” meals. It’s now very hit and miss.It just feels like the main aim of the owners is to fleece clients of the money instead of good entertainment, food and drink. Shame. Used to be great. Average now.
