I came to Grosvenor casino today...Exceptionally nice staff and managers.Everyone I spoke to or interacted with was fantastic...As always I try never to included people in my photos but there was a lot of people in enjoying the facilities, aswell as the live sports showing on multiple screensReception staff were friendly and very welcoming and the whole venue was spotlessly clean from top to bottom.Thank you to Simon / Steve and the team here at Grosvenor Stockport...Thank you we had a really enjoyable visit 🙂
Staff are incredibly rude, won’t be going back! I had to take my car to the garage so thought I’d pop into the casino. It says open at 10am but as I approached the door at 11.50am a very rude woman shouted its not open til 12 with a look of utter disgust! The woman behind the counter when we went in was rude and asked what we wanted when we walked in then a woman who I assume was the manager was also rude and spoke to me like sh1t because the cash out machine had ran out of money! I spend a lot of time in other grosvenor casinos and I’ve never been made to feel so bad in any other. If I didn’t walk out £500+ up I’d be making a formal complaint…..lol
One of the worst possible experiences I could ever imagine. I turn up to the place which appears empty, I get rejected as my ‘eyes’ appear non appropriate but have only had a couple of drinks with no other reason given. Tried reasoning with the bouncer and have none of it but shown no reflects of being drunk or anything else, absolutely shocking service would recommend no one ever entering this establishment
'Some' of the staff are really nice while others not so great, there is NO kitchen or chef, the only food is microwaved by bar staff and the food is poor quality and expensive. Drinks are expensive too, this is NOT a great Casino, the staff need better training, too many chiefs and not enough indians - avoid.
This casino is a little small compared so some of the big complexes but that only adds to the community feel of the place. The staff are friendly and treat you really well. The restaurant is lovely too. There always seems to be good events happening with show nights and offers on meals.
