I have been here many times, as soon as you come in they are like vultures they come to you asking if you want tea or coffee or anything and you say no and then they come back and ask again and again , especially if you have high balance on the machines , the women who work in there are not kind and always nosing about watching you play and laughing if your losing I just lost Β£900 and this Spanish women said itβs just business, does BACTA run this place ? Do they inspect it ? Because it seems none ever wins here....I will be contacting main office do get this place checked as I gamble many places in town but this one really takes the piss
Was always a good place for a flutter but if your spending money they are happy to see you. the minute you win an amount out off machine and winning ticket sticks in machine they accuse you off lying happened to me twice on the same day last week 27/07/18 and no real apology they just acted dumb!!
The Manager Eric is an asset to this company, customers speak very highly of him.
