Great atmosphere and lovely venue however please note this venue is not accessible. There is a step to get into the casino off the street (they may have a ramp but I highly doubt it) the whole venue is multiple levels, restaurant being on the top level, tables on the bottom level and then the toilets are in the basement, so again down some more stairs. It’s only a small lip getting in, so would be able to get a wheelchair over it however you would only be able to access the slots when you get there, there is one disabled toilet on the first level where all the slot and electronic machines are and the workers are happy to bring you drinks however you can’t access any tables or even the restaurant which is a real shame. No lifts or ramps. I am an ambulatory wheelchair user me fortunately was having an ok day so I was fine but I definitely picked up on areas that weren’t so accessible. Grosvenor along the seafront is fully accessible with lifts so that’s a good alternative should you want to go to a casino.Convenient as there is disabled parking right outside Genting 🤦♀️
Have had some funny nights in here.A few staff members are particularly lovely and you can talk to non stop.you dont have to bet much money to have fun !i take £ 30 tops when i go here and i can stretch it far.obviously its all a scam tho

This review relates to the hospitality service which is generally very good but drops dramatically when the club is very busy because, as noted in person, the operatives numbers are constant regardless of how busy is the venue and that was evident in the over-stressed behaviour of the staff which adversly reflects on the customers.
An amazing experience - my first time in a Genting Casino. Lovley, polite and helpful team there from the entrance to reception to gaming floor and the cash desk. Everyone is so attentive.I was in Bournemouth for the August BH weekend, with my mum, and visited the casino on Sunday and Monday.Only request to the management - please limit people to one slot machine at a time. The machine payout is decent & some people keep more than one slot machine busy.Thank you
