Disrespectful guard wouldnt let me in as i dropped my phone on the floor when entering and was then told i was too drunk too enter. Was treated very rudely. Asked to speak to the manager who just agreed with the security guard and did not seem experienced or know what they are doing and did not care about my opinion ( to add i had not started drinking at this point and was sober just wanted a fun night with my mates on a few roulette machines who all got let in except me) i was then grabbed by the neck and forced out! Hands down worst casino i have ever visited. Bodyguards think they are above everyone else because they have a miniscule amount of authority given to them its quite sad!
Never ever coming back again. All of their roulette tables is electronic and 100% cheating roulette tables. All numbers are betted except for number 14 the ball landed on number 14, and i told the dealer that’s impossible and dealer was laughing and saying “yeah i know” and it happened twice, that’s impossible someone should check or inspect their roulette E-tables. And the worst game I ever experience I betted on number 22 almost land it to 22 and ball was bounce out on the roulette spin I betted 50£ on that number 22 and that is not counted so that spin is cancelled. Not recommended casino. Please don’t come here to play casino. They will take all of your money not fair game casino.

Large group of us ate at the Southampton Grosvenor and Jake was the best server, catered for all our needs, very friendly and chatty, can't recommend enough! Jake made the whole experience excellent!
