Bally's fell off big time. The rug was threadbare and disgusting. It was like we were in a closet. Unacceptable. Period. As I was sitting outside on the boardwalk, I noticed that Bally's had a notice regarding renovations for rooms that had already took place. Why was I in a closet then? So disappointed.😞The beauty in this story is that we saw Chris Tucker. Great show and hit Boogie Nights (turned up) and we didn't get back to the closet of a room until sunrise. Yep. Again Bally's what happened, what's really good?

Never again!!!! We we're on the 23rd floor and we experienced bed bugs in our room. As I scroll down I seen a similar couple that was on the 23rd floor of the Balleys Tower that had bed bugs 5 days ago. I was horrified. I would never stay at Bally's ever again! This place was dirty filthy. When I moved the chair it was crumbs and dirt from previous guest. I don't care how much it cost to stay somewhere else. I will pay it. The only reason. We came to Bally's was because it was recommended by our host at Bally's Dover, Delaware. The staff was rude. They don't want to communicate with the guest. Instead of extending properties around. They need to work on revamping the properties that they already have. This was nothing but a money pit.

Never stay at Bally's. It's a bad place to spend a vacation. They canceled my room. They are racist and the people at the place where they give them their rooms. The supervisors don't know anything about customer services. They are so unprofessional. You need to learn to treat people well. They humiliated me and canceled my room because of a racist manager. They ruined my vacations. They don't value their customers and I had to go back home. If you want to have a good time, go somewhere else.

We got 2 rooms for my bachlorette party. We had 1 smoking and 1 non smoking. For the smoking room we had a great view. Yes it has a tobacco odor but it's not cloudy. Room and bathroom was upgraded. The non smoking room was very clean and smelled fresh. Same upgraded room. They had a quiet floor. The smoking floor people were arguing. I would just ask for them to put up more signs. When we first checked in the valet + baggage was not available during the week. We had to carry our bags to the room. It took us almost 20mins to find the right area to get our our rooms on Bally's side. Location was great easy to walk to other hotels and right on the boardwalk. They have an indoor adult pool.
