This is our 2nd time staying here. The rooms are spacious and cleaned. Staff is excellent.I want to thank Mina, who works on the casino floor. I had left my cash voucher in a slot machine and when I went back I did not see it. I went to security and they told me to go the machine and get the number. They wouldn’t even walk down with me. I walked backed and saw Mina ( who works on the casino floor). I started to explain to her what happened. Mina was fantastic and efficient! We immediately walked over to the last machine I was on. Long story short - Thanks to MINA I was able to get my cash back. It could have gone the other way if I didn’t meet Mina. Who’s customer service is above and beyond!!Thank you MINA for making my time here so enjoyable and pleasant. Got a good suite and eat package. Check in and parking were easy and room was spacious and although dated, was clean. Only give 4 stars though because I could clearly hear the next room over while in the bathroom and the casino smelled like cigarette smoke, our view was also the AC unit on the roof, but that's what you expect in AC
I personally really enjoyed my stay. The room was one of the nicest I've ever stayed in and the staff was extremely professional and kind. Would definitely recommend and can't wait to go again.
Just wanted to share that there was a gentleman playing the guitar and singing outside Donahues steakhouse who was absolutely incredible. We actually stayed for drinks and snacks because he was so good. Also our waiter was pretty awesome as well. Please share the entertainers name?
Although some decor was a little dated, our room was spotless. Our room and bathroom were very spacious, and we really enjoyed the bed and pillows. We felt very comfortable.The shower was perfect!! The staff was helpful and friendly. Definitely will stay again.
