Didn't stay here, walked over from another hotel. The decor is amazing. The casino is a bit small compared to other Hard Rocks I have been to. Played the slots, roulette. They had an amazing band playing on the floor. Went to there night club for some dancing. All-in-All we had a great experience.!!
My daughter and I stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi to attend a concert. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were rock stars! The staff were all polite and helpful. The room was clean and cold, music was playing on the TV for us, the bed was so comfortable and the shower was amazing. The amenities here are great. We spent so much time at the pool and swim up bar. The restaurant selection is great with many choices. For the price I paid, this visit was excellent and I can't wait to return in May.
Rooms are great they even have rooms that have small kitchen sink and a good size refrigerator. You can control the heat and Air conditioning and roomy bathrooms. Friendly and professional staff. A lot of stores nearby and it is reasonable priced. have been there several times and recommend it. Also,the beds are really comfortable.
Hard Rock staff wasn't really welcoming. The Sugar cafe I ordered a burger and it fell a part because it was so greasy. The atmosphere wasnt pleasant and the bathrooms stank badly. The good about it was hot chocolate and Mia was a great waitress in the cafe. The person welcoming people had no people skills and the customer service wasn't great. This use to be one of the best places to get away but I don't think I want to return đ
Platinum tower... lot's of light from windows even when shades are down so sleeping late in the dark was impossible. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. VERY thin walls (could hear next door conversations at normal levels). The air conditioner worked well and the room looked quite nice, but we wont stay here again.
