This was my wife & I first time staying at the IP. The hotel itself is BEAUTIFUL. I stayed using a room promo I got with my rewards card because I play slots there quite often whenever I visit Biloxi. The Bay View Restaurant has great food, the casino itself is lovely. The room we had was really nice. It was spacious and comfortable. They placed us in a handicap accessible room but it was still really nice. I loved the extra space in the bathroom. I would highly recommend staying with them and I will definitely book a stay there again in the future.
Lasara who is the front desk manager was so helpful!! She is very kind, professional, and helpful. She really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The kids were trying to use the Arcade during the Easter holiday hours and she went upstairs with us to make sure someone opened the doors that were locked. She also made sure to speak to someone to make sure the pool was heated. She made us feel cared for and taken care of. Thank you so much Lasara for going out of your way to make sure we had a better experience. We appreciate you so much!
I gave 3 star to services not because the front desk Personnel, it was for the head of security. I stayed here because this is a pet friendly hotel. This is the 1st time my dogs stayed at that hotel ( at home the behave). I didn't know that we're going to get anxiety separation. They barked every time we left. As soon as the hotel call us, we would come back to the room. Yes, we got call several times. The head of security and 2 other hotel employees came my door to tell me my dogs had to leave. He asked, are they leaving?, i said they can't, we have to go as well. He said, did you start packing? I said, you just told..dash. then, he said, start packing, I'll come back i. 30 minutes and you have to leave. We didn't have a place to go; we were getting thrown out of the hotel...we paid for the days we were staying. I felt like a second class citizen, he made me feel like a I've committed a crime. I wanted to get mad but I didn't want to create a problem. My husband wasn't here, when he got back, I started crying because I felt really bad. So much for being a pet hotel friendly. If you love your pets, don't come to this pet friendly hotel. And they take forever to bring you a drink.
Our favorite place to stay when visiting Biloxi. Entire resort is smoke free (smoking lounge available ). Staff are friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff are amazing. Rooms kept immaculate. Nice pool and fitness center. Luxury spa. Good security. Fun slots! Best buffet!
The IP is a good stay! They are renovating the rooms and unfortunately I stayed in one of the older rooms. I enjoy the space in the room, but the beds are not always comfortable. The casino itself is good. The spa is nice. They want to meet your needs and have steam and sauna rooms with a whirlpool jacuzzi included with a service. ◇♧♡♤
