I stayed here for 3 weeks with my husband and I honestly am going to miss staying here. The service was amazing and the housekeeping. There are restaurants down stairs including a local bakery. We played mini golf ā³ļø and they have this cool volcano that shoots fire. Dog friendly, and if you need puppy pads they will bring you some and that was really helpful. The security people are so nice with a smile every time, they were more happy every time they seen the puppy š¶. The bell men were also very friendly and helpful every time. Iām going to miss this place.
From the time that we drove up, until the time we drove out, our stay there was excellent. This casino is 9 years old and it looks brand new. Everything in it is spotless. The room we had was the most modern we have ever stayed in. Electric roll up blinds, which totally block out any light and the rooms are totally quiet. Most outlets have built-in adapters for iPads, iPhones and various other electric items. Everyone we encountered working there was knowledgable, courteous and professional. The first person that met us prior to going into the casino area was Travonte/EVS Supervisor, a very gracious young man, and he escorted us to the cashier area where we got our cards from a very gracious lady. We had breakfast, the next morning in Under the Oaks where Elizabeth took excellent care of us and we had an excellent breakfast. That evening we had dinner (I should say "dined") in Scarlet's Steak House where we had some of the finest steaks we have ever had (and we have dined all over the world) and we were serve by Jimmy Miller (another courteous, knowledgable and professional asset of Scarlet's). Valet parking and bellhop services are complimentary (so we tipped accordingly). Amber picked up our baggage and delivered it into our car, which was ready and waiting when we left. They also have a new enclosed parking garage. The Under the Oaks and Scarlet's Steak House were excellent in every respect. Every person that waited on us was top drawer and professional. We will be returning and looking forward to it.
We did not stay at this hotel but parked overnight in their lot with the RV. We went inside for dinner and enjoyed a fantastic meal. The sports book was very nice with a large variety of sports available. Lots of slots and table games were available, and we walked away with a little profit. The only complaint is that smoking is allowed, but the air is mostly fresh inside. A beautiful casino I would definitely come back to.
WOW! This was our second time staying at the Scarlet Pearl Casino and it just gets better! First time, we stayed on the 17th floor and the views were just incredible from that height. This time, we stayed on the 3rd floor and the views were just as great! I don't think there is a poor choice to be had when it comes to what floor you are on. My husband and I just love the amount of light that comes in through the windows. And we also appreciate the electric black-out blinds for when it is time to sleep. I think having that option is incredibly thoughtful for people who need total darkness to sleep well. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the bed is so easy to fall asleep on--it's very comfortable. We spoiled ourselves with room service a couple of times during this visit. Maxine helped me navigate the menu and substitute items that I preferred. Each time our food arrived, it was hot and to order! Ah, speaking of the food, the portions are plentiful and everything we ordered was tasty. They have a really good Chef in their employ. My husband tried the pastries from downstairs (decadent) and I got the ice cream (satisfying and creamy). We have yet to buy the pizza. However, we plan to try the pizza on our next trip and everyone that I asked said the pizza is so good. I play the slots and there are so many to choose from with different price points to play at. I have a few favorite slots that I play on regularly. The casino is delighful with all the bright flashing lights and music. And I enjoyed the intermittent cries of joy from other players when they win. If you are in the area, you should check out the Scarlet Pearl Casino. Had a wonderful 2 night stay. Staff was awesome especially Jonathan who brought our luggage to our room. He was super nice and funny. Check in was easy and Check in staff was super nice. Great room,comfortable beds, room was clean. Absolutely awesome experience. And best of all lots of slot machines to pick from. We will be back to stay and gamble. Thanks to all staff.
