I signed up and was given promo code ‘SPORTS’, to get a Free $100 Bet. I made my $20Deposit, placed my bet, the bet was settled. I NEVER received the $100 Free Bet. Customer Service was No Help.. I will make sure this is made public to warn others about how I was de-frauded!
I have been trying over and over to take almost 400 out. They want me to verify my identity, again. I did. 3 times. After each time we're locked me out and then let me back in to try again with the won't let me take money out won't let me put money and it won't let me play. Absolute skin
I would give 0 stars if avaliable. Do not use bet rivers for sports gambling. They do not honor promotions. After placing my first bet and winning. I went to withdraw my funds and my bet was canceled 55 minutes after I placed it by bet rivers. I was never notified They canceled my bet. Customer service made many excuses and even supervisor had no explanation and just apologized and said I could try again.
As others have said, they make it impossible to withdraw winnings, while conveniently allowing you to cancel that withdrawal throughout the entire time.I’ll be reporting them for deceptive business practices that go against the safe betting and gambling laws.They do this on purpose so that you’ll be tempted over the waiting period to cancel the withdrawal and try to win more.I’m currently waiting on a 4 figure payout from them and conveniently after submitting my documents, that section of the withdrawal queue disappeared entirely.Another thing I noticed. While waiting in the Support Queue, I went from number 31 to 32, and again from 25 to 26.To say that was frustrating is an understatement. This app is a joke. And everyone should use their bonus bet, take them for as much money as possible, and never play their games again. Absolutely horrible!!! Do not use this sportsbook in any circumstance! My wife and I deposited $500 each to get the risk free bet. They requested an authorization form, ID, passport, etc. I provided all of that on 10/7, it is now 10/20 (and me calling EVERY single day for an update) for them to tell me it will be resolved in 24 hours. Not only can I not make any bet, but they will not release MY $500 that I deposited.I have now contacted the BBB (Better Business) and filing a complaint. Do not use this company, the customer service is terrible and they will keep your money hostage.
