If I could give a zero star review I would. This place is the absolute worst! First off the game is constantly having issues and glitching. Screwing up everyone’s scores and game. Secondly, when I went in yesterday to reserve for today we were told no reservations and no outside food as they have pizza hot dogs etc. we arrive and they do not even have the food section open so now we need to figure out an external food option. Finally, we bought two games & there’s no real system. If you have multiple lanes with multiple people if they finish their game before you it rolls another game over instead of stopping at 2 games per lane. I have never had that happen at any other bowling alley. It makes no sense at all and this was not communicated when buying games. The response was well you know if the other lane is done with their second game. How would we know what the other lane is playing if we are playing and focused on our own game? Ridiculous. I will never return along with the rest of my family. If you’re looking to have a good time & get your money’s worth, spend the extra couple dollars at a better bowling alley.
Rude service asked to speak to a manager and was told no manager. The same guy at the desk was rude as can be with a horrible attitude and customer service. We left never to come back, took our services to Berwyn. Sad how One person made this place loss 3 old customer and 4 new customers.
This is one dilapidated raggedy bowling alley. It smells like sour carpets.🤮🤮The score board doesn't work!!! The pin setter doesn't work. The employees don't want to work.I tried NO STARS...... Google felt sorry for them and forced one star.🤬🤬
Great prices. Usually very chill and filled with people having a good time. The owner's really cool and actually taught me how to curve the ball.
