Eventually I went to MGM in Cincinnati and had a discussion with the manager Rob. He sat with me and listened and assured me that the situation was now in his hands and he was going to handle it personally. And he is a man of his word. He called me and LMK that he rectified all the problems and I was now good to go. Many thanks to Rob and staff for the job they did for me.
