This is my preferred gambling establishment. The staff are friendly and helpful. I wish it was like it was prior to Covid. The buffet was wonderful and so were the other eateries. Now they are okay but not like they were. I miss the valet parking, coat check, and gift shop. There does seem to be as many perks as there once was...

Just left like 30 minutes ago,my third time this week,I left a loser again,and tell you the truth I feel I'm like I'm getting targeted at this point.Ive never felt so unlucky in my life.I go to this establishment way to much and I lose like 95% of the time.Today however I asked for a printout of my win/lose ratio and they clearly didn't even wanna do that,then what they printed out was no where near accurate.Ive never been a person to leave a comment on no establishment I normally just go about my business,but this has gotten ridiculous at this point.Ive been going here for the past 3 years I'm a gambler at heart.sometimes twice a day sometimes twice a week sometimes once a week.Once they know you are there it's definitely all downhill meaning using your MVG card or if they ID you coming through the door they scan your ID instead of just reading the date just to make sure you're of age,Good luck at this point is basically out of the door,i honestly feel like if you don't know them people or if you didn't grow up with them or if they don't like how you look or whatever it's over,however they do show favor to some folks I may just not be one of them.The games are not random at this point,your bonuses will be minimized it's like there controlling the machines from a backroom I wouldn't be surprised me personally.This casino needs to be investigated.Picking the right slot machine is next to impossible my experience and that's one thing I have plenty of.And the big drawings they hold good luck with those,the free play that they constantly send in the mail is to bait you in,once your there they got you.ive been in casinos all over the United States,I'm a truck driver so I've been everywhere.Its definitely something about this place that just isn't fair.If this is my experiences not no one else's
I lost but still had the most fun there! People were friendly, layout was great, self serve non-alcoholic beverages and restrooms were very clean...machines were also kept neat...and this was on a Saturday...that says a lot. They also have a great variety of slots!! Can't wait to visit again.
