JACK Cleveland Casino Guide and Review

Located in the vibrant city of Cleveland, United States, JACK Cleveland Casino offers a central gaming destination for locals and visitors alike. Housed within the historic Terminal Tower, this casino boasts a prime downtown location with convenient access to public transportation.
The Gaming Experience & Atmosphere 🎰
Many patrons report consistently having a fun time at JACK Cleveland Casino, making it a popular spot for a night out. The game floor is described as nice, though it can often be crowded. While some visitors note they "don't never win much" and rarely leave with more money than they started with, the overall enjoyment of the experience often outweighs the outcome of the games. One lucky reviewer even reported winning $80!
Staff & Service Insights 🤝
The staff at JACK Cleveland Casino generally receives positive remarks for being nice enough and prompt, even during their busiest periods. However, some experiences highlight inconsistencies, particularly regarding ID verification processes. One visitor initially faced an issue with a damaged ID but found resolution after speaking with a supervisor, leading to a positive evening. Conversely, a significantly negative experience involved a manager and security guard, who were accused of being "horrible" and racially profiling a customer over a valid passport, resulting in denial of entry and a lost customer.
Location, Access & Parking 🚗
JACK Cleveland Casino's location within the beautiful Terminal Tower is a significant advantage, offering easy access to the RTA via the Tower City station. For those driving, the casino provides a parking garage, which is generally considered "awesome." However, it's worth noting that egress can take a while, especially when events are held at the nearby Rocket Fieldhouse. Some advice suggests parking a few blocks away to potentially save money and time, assuring visitors that downtown Cleveland has become much safer in recent years.
Areas for Improvement 💡
Based on user feedback, there are a few areas where JACK Cleveland Casino could enhance the visitor experience:
- Efficiency of Promotions: Lines for bonus spins and gift giveaways can become long, suggesting a need to streamline these processes for quicker service.
- ID Verification Consistency: While some ID issues are resolved, the highly negative incident involving a valid passport indicates a critical need for staff training to ensure consistent and respectful handling of identification, avoiding misinterpretations and accusations of profiling.
- Managing Crowds: The gaming floor is often crowded, which might impact the comfort of some patrons.
In summary, JACK Cleveland Casino is often praised for its enjoyable atmosphere and convenient downtown location, despite mixed experiences with winnings and some staff interactions. It remains a "pretty solid casino" for those seeking a fun night out in Cleveland.
Always have fun... they need to make things move faster when bonus spins and gifts are given away. Lines get long. The parking garage is awesome unless there is something going on at Rocket Fieldhouse. Getting out can take a while. We enjoy playing there. Thanks
Don't never win much and have never left with any more money then what we walked in with... But we always seem to come back. We always enjoy our time here. We all had a really fun time with friends while celebrating 2025 New Year 🍾. Staff is nice enough and promt service (even on their busiest days)
I’m giving jack casino a 4/5 bc initially, they turned me away. My ID has a broken corner, they didn’t try and slide it in their machine to verify, they just handed it back and asked me to leave. I ended up talking to the supervisor, and they verified my ID. After this, it was a really fun night. Good food, good players club, and I won 80$!
Upon arrival, I was excited excited to play at the casino once I got there. I went to park and saw the sign once. I got in a spot where I couldn't back out. That the parking was $60 flat rate. I checked into the parking fee. At club Jack where I got my club Jack card, they told me. If you play at a table, it's 30 minutes.Or or 200 credits tier credits. Each tier credit is $1. At this point I was livid. I didn't wan to be there but I was stuck or I had to pay $60 to leave. If I could give negative stars I would. The place is absolutely disgusting. Looks like they haven't cleaned the floors in months. The machines are dirty.Bathrooms are gross. For getting at minimum of $60 per car that pulls in that don't even have a good cleaning staff. This place is a disgrace and should be shut down because of how dirty it is. I decided to play. The $200 to get my parking validation tickethat $200. It was gone and I had one no more than $10. This place is pathetic.
Jack (supposedly a manager) and Steven (security guard) are absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I’ve been to this location multiple times and I’ve never had any issues. Tonight I went in with my VALID passport (which doesn’t expire for another four years and that I’ve always used). The two dimwits didn’t know how to read a passport (figures - if you’re ignorant enough to racially profile someone you probably can’t read). I kindly explained to them that they were looking at the “date of issue” and that the expiration date was directly underneath. Jack then refused to let me in and in an extremely rude manner told me “to go downtown or MGM”. I’m a law student so immediately I grabbed my boyfriend (who was in the car) and also works in HR at Jack. As soon as he walked in to ask for their names they accosted him and demanded that he present his ID. Keep in mind we are both Hispanic. I am blown away and the only conclusion I can come to is that my boyfriend and I were racially profiled. If this happened to us, imagine how many other customers received the same treatment. I will be taking action, including reporting their behavior to their superiors. I’d hate to go to social media but will definitely do so if neither of these sad excuses of employees are reprimanded. Unreal, do better Jack, do better. You’ve lost a customer.
