Overall, a really nice place to stay if you're going to the games nearby! The casino is pretty nice, with a lot of restaurants inside. The rooms are comfortable and provide a nice view. Parking is on site and I had no troubles with my car. I would definitely recommend staying!
Although I booked in advanced and I asked for a double room by the elevators. I got a King room at the end of the hall. The clerk said that's all we have. It's in my profile for a room near the elevators due to mobility issues. So why put it in the profile if you can't honour it?But that was no problem considering the Cannabis or weed smell that we smelled throughout the entire stay. It seem to be coming from the vents. I know you don't have control over the cannabis or weed problem but why is it coming over the vents to the room I stayed in. Ids it going in all the rooms?Thank you
We’ve stayed here several times, the rooms are always nice, fun atmosphere with all of the nearby amenities.Upper level casino is very smokey, but the lower level offers smoke free gaming.Tight slots, low and infrequent payouts. Doesn’t seem like much winning takes place when observing others. This has been our gambling experience just about every time we’ve stayed here.
Their policy of cleaning rooms only of you stay more than 3 nights is not only cheap, but insulting. I even requested service abs it was denied. Ran out of toilet paper because the roll wasn't new and they didn't even leave a spare. Be aware.
The newly decorated rooms are nice, our visit was during the week and it was so quiet, So I was able to get a great night sleep.They are in the middle of construction to the Greektown strip, although it’s a bit messy and inconvenient it will be beautiful when completed. We LOVED our trip to Hollywood Casino and downtown Detroit. GO TIGERS!!!
