The food always smells so good and I have had it before but I was especially hungry tonight. Ann took my order tonight and she has been the pop up bartender before as well. She is SUCH a good people person. She’s adorable with a great personality. That big smile is a mood boost. Def someone you want interacting with the folk here. 10/10 server/host material.
Food was pretty good. Enjoyed the crab fries. I ordered the salmon sandwich. It was a large piece of salmon on a brioche bun. I didn't love the sauce on the sandwich, it was just ok. I would come back to try other menu items. The Nachos are definitely shareable.
If possible, avoid using the cage. This isn't because of the front line workers, but rather the management. Rachel, one of the Managers, Extension 4131, was suppose to call me. John (Cage Supv) told fix the issue. He told me that it he said he personally asked Rachel to call me and she said she would. He understood the error made, but didn't know how to remedy or reverse it. She never called. Somehow, they have that I signed paperwork saying that I was self restricting myself, but I never requested such a thing. I never signed paperwork for it either, but it got entered into their system as such. Such unprofessional cage manager with ZERO customer service skills. HORRIBLE. I am not using my real name, but just want people out there to know that this casino's cage (money) manager is terrible.
There were literally dozens of ppl bogarting machines. We played a few, but would've played more if folks went and sat somewhere else and not literally just holding the machine hostage while not actually playing. Where was the floor staff to keep that from happening?Bar staff awesome, drinks were good. Well kept on cleanliness as well!
I didn't have that high of hopes during my visit but, was still disappointed to find many outdated games, along with an unkempt & outdated interior. The overall cleanliness of the entire place was lacking. The bathrooms smelled like they were backing up. Many of the slot chairs were ripped, or in other states of disrepair. I played a slot machine that smelled like dirty feet...How does that even happen? The one positive was my interaction with the ladies working at the cage. They were doing their best and still smiling, despite having to deal with unpleasant customer interactions.
